Since 2016, we’ve been working alongside healthcare providers to offer consistent, relationship-centered support to families in and around Rochester, MN.

Our team model means you’re never leaning on just one person to be available when you need support most. This means reliable, continuous care from experienced, career doulas. You’ll have a primary doula and two backups who already know you, your preferences, and your plan so care stays continuous, even if we have to navigate the unexpected.
 

Each doula brings their own strengths and specialities, but we collaborate closely so your care feels grounded and cohesive. Our goal is: to provide evidence-based care that helps you feel prepared, supported, and not alone in any part of this process.
