About the event
A supportive self-care space for moms to gather and share in the practice of mindfulness, gentle yoga movement, and self- compassion. Led by Allison, this experience will include laughter, mental health education, and a deep sense of respect for you and your story. Her hope is you will leave this space feeling refreshed and mindfully connected to yourself and others. No prior yoga experience or equipment is required to participate in this class.
